About the Event:
Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual Ace Race for Down Syndrome Awareness. Once again, all proceeds will benefit ARC of Marion. Pre-Registration is required $30 entrance fee, everything needed to participate is included If you prefer to pay in person, please contact Brian Wells We will have some raffles, mulligans, and a 50/50 so please bring a few extra $$ if you wish to participate. If you've never played in an Ace Race before, the format is different than a regular round. Each player will receive 2 discs as part of their player pack. ONLY those discs are allowed to be used. Only one throw per player per hole. If a player gets an ace, mark "A" on the scorecard. If they hit metal (even the very bottom of the pole) mark "M" on the scorecard. At the end of the rounds (2 rounds of 18) the person with the most A's wins. In the event of a tie, metal hits are used as a tie breaker. If a tie persists, a CTP shot determines the winner. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd this year. 1st: A tournament bag, winner disc, graffiti towel, and a lanyard 2nd: 3 discs, graffiti towel, and a lanyard 3rd: 1 disc, graffiti towel, and a lanyard Player packs include two mystery Ace Race discs and Discraft partnered with disc golf backpack company Upper Park Designs to bring you a disc golf backpack in every 2019 Player Pack.
